:baby favorites:

I always like to look back and see how my favorite baby items have changed. Even since Emma was born 4 1/2 years ago there are so many new things and a lot of different things that have been improved. With having 3 kids we have been through a lot of gear and have tried new things. We've also continued to use our favorites.

   Top 9 baby items:

1. Tommee Tippee bottles. We used different bottles with the girls however, the Tommee Tippee's have been the best ones yet.
2. Dohm Sound Machine. We just got this sound machine a couple of weeks ago. I took the girls sound machine out of their room when Grayson was born and put it in his. It was a Dexbaby machine and it just wouldn't get loud enough. The Dohm machine is an adult sound machine and it so great for him. It is loud enough to drown out any noise from the girls.
3. Halo Sleep Sack. After Grayson had enough being swaddled I switched him to the sleep sack. He sleeps in this and a footed sleeper and he never gets hot. He also associates it with sleep time and I think it helps him calm down and get ready for nap or bed. Once summer hits and its hot I will probably switch him over to the Aden & Anais sleep blanket because its thing and breatheable but for now, this works great!
4. Miracle blanket. When Grayson was breaking out of the SwaddleMe swaddles I neded to find something that would keep him wrapped tight. My sister recommended this miracle blanket and it was perfect. I had never used it with the girls but I wish I would've. It was well worth the money!
5. Bob Revolution SE Stroller- If you splurge on one thing with baby gear, then this needs to be it!! Josh and I have done so much research over the 5 years of having kids and we have had our fair share of strollers. This one is the best!!! I did not like the price tag one bit but it is so comfortable for G and so easy to push. LOVE LOVE LOVE it!
6. Aden & Anais Swaddle Blankets! I wish I would've never bought any receiving blankets. These blankets are the best. They are soft, subtle, and perfect for wrapping or even covering up. I use them with G in his carseat now and they are the perfect weight.
7. Chicco Snap & Go Stroller. This has been our main stroller since he was born. It is light and perfect for us. It has a ton of storage also. Another item that I wish I would've gotten with the girls. We will be retiring it in a few short weeks as we move Grayson into a convertible carseat. Then we will just be using the BOB.
8. NAP NANNY CHILL!!!! My all time FAVORITE baby item. I knew that I really wanted one for G was born but I didn't know how much I would use it. Yes, they are recalled and no longer sold, but they were recalled because people didn't use them properly. We love ours and so does G. He slept in it his first month of life and it really minimized the spit up. Now it sits in our living room and G loves to lay back in it and play with toys or drink his juice.
9. Chicco Keyfit Carseat. Ever one of our babies have had Chicco carseat. We love them. I'm sure all carseats are about the same, but the chicco is #1 for ease of installation. I love the material it is made out of and the look of it. I would never buy a different brand.

Top 4 Favorite Baby Toys: 0-6 Months

Grayson is slowing approaching the 6 month mark and lets face it. Up until this point babies don't really play that much with toys. Grayson does have a few favorites that he loves to hold and play with though.

1. O Ball- G loves his O ball. He holds it really well because of all the little holes. He also had the O rattle and loves it too.
2. Infantino Wooden Rattle. He likes this toy alot. My only issue with it is that it is a little heavy for a baby. He has a hard time holding it up sometimes.
3. Infantino Soft Blocks-Grayson loves these!
4. Sophie. Sophie is perfect for holding and for Grayson to chew on. She also squeaks and he laughs everytime. He is using the same one that we bought for Ryleigh. They are a little expensive but I think they are worth it.
