Emma's 1st Beach Trip

We left Thursday afternoon for Oak Island. Every October all of Josh's dads brothers and their wives get together and have a little reunion. Emma did absolutely wonderful the way there and back. She slept the entire time. Since the reunion wasn't until Saturday, we drove down to Myrtle Beach on Friday to go to the Carter's outlet to find some winter clothes for Emma. She slept all the way to Myrtle Beach and the whole time we went shopping. We couldn't ask for anything better. We spent most of the day Saturday visiting with everyone. It was the first time any of them had seen Emma. Over all, Emma did very well. She didn't really fuss too much and we were able to really enjoy being there. I am disappointed that we didn't get to take her out on the beach. It was freezing down there and also rainy and windy. :[ I didn't want to take the chance of her getting sick.
